Homopalooza

Well, Dance Arabia performed at the Homopalooza show Sunday, July 30. And, it went off pretty well (besides one of us throwing her cane across the stage!). The show was at the Plaza of Nations and it was one giant beer garden and I have to admit it was pretty fun walking around with a drink, watching a show, and shopping all at the same time!! You could even get tattooed and pierced if you wanted to as well! Below are some pictures that Ana (friend from work) took of us performing, and no, I'm not including the one of me throwing the cane across the stage!

Below are pictures of some of the other performers from Homopalooza (starting with us of course!) There was everyone on the stage from a punk rock bands to hip hop dancers to burlesque performers to drag kings to crazy MC's! It was worth the $10 admission!

Dance Arabia is proud to announce we are performing at Homopalooza this year! We will be on stage at 1:46pm. Come on down, have some beers, get a good front row seat and enjoy the show!

Dance Arabia at Pride Picnic

We were asked this year to fill in for someone that wasn't able to perform due to illness at the Pride Picnic this year. Well! Of course we said yes right away to that! As attendees, it was fun to be there as performers. The crowd was nice, the people in the beer garden were drunk, good times all around!
