Introducing Dance Arabia!

Christie’s life is all about music and dance. Not only has she enjoyed bellydancing for years, she is also a music teacher, a singer-songwriter and a choral director. Fun is the focus when Christie dances as she loves music from all over the world!











Kazmira has been performing for 14 years. She entrances you the minute she comes on stage. She’s equally at home performing folkloric as she is performing modern styles.
















Ghazaleh was born in Iran and has been dancing all her life, bellydance, Persian and salsa. She is a naturally graceful dance. Each time she performs, she bares her soul to the audience and it’s hard to take your eyes off her.













Jennifer has been performing for over 7 years. As a soloist and choreographer, she excels at putting together creative arrangements and fusing bellydance with music as diverse as celtic, western pop and classic Egyptian.










Having grown up among bellydancers, Karen continues to be drawn to this dance form for its beauty and depth of spirit, as well as the quality of people it attracts. She is graceful yet powerful dancer and currently teaches bellydance on the North Shore.













Marina dances to connect with her middle eastern heritage. She’s been dancing for over 7 years and is drawn to the folkloric music and dance of Egypt. Marina captivates audiences with her interpretations of the music.














Sazi is a third generation bellydancer and has been dancing since she was 3. She is a very well-rounded dancer, training in pointe, ballet, jazz, street jazz, modern, bellydance. Sazi is one to watch for in the coming years!

Dance Arabia is working on presenting "Dance Arabia....East Meets West" in July and an all new show in November. As well, Dance Arabia will be seen dancing at festivals and shows all summer long.
